Semler Homes is extremely happy to work with and compensate cooperating brokers provided that the cooperating Broker/Sales Person is Licensed by The State of Minnesota, provides an exclusive buyer representation contract prior to closing and the cooperating Broker/Sales Person registers the buyer PRIOR to;

  • Buyer Visiting a Semler Homes Model Home

  • Buyer Voice Calling, Texting, Emailing and/or Meeting with a Semler Homes Representative

Commission Payouts;

  • 2.7% of Sales Price to Buyer Representatives


Referral Fees;

  • 30% of Total Commission to Licensed Non-Minnesota Brokers/Sales Persons Referring Buyers to Semler Homes
