Time Frame and Pricing
Planning and permitting can take several Weeks to complete. Once complete the construction period will take Approximately 4-6 months depending on the size and scope of the project.
Pricing will also depend on size and scope of the build. We use cost + percentage to determine the sales price which allows you to get the most home for your money. We do not use price per square foot estimating as it can be highly inaccurate due to the many variables in building custom homes.
Building on an Unimproved lot is much different than building on one that has already been improved. if you’re planning on building on an unimproved lot you should budget for site clearing, site grading and utilities. The cost to improve an unimproved lot is unique to each site. We can estimate site improvement costs but cannot determine the exact cost without a home plan, site plan and soils report.
We do build year round however Pricing of a winter build will be slightly higher due to winter heat and other winter/frost charges.
