Time Frame and Pricing

Planning and permitting the new home build can take several months to complete. Once the planning and permitting are complete the new home build will take 4-6 months +/- and will depend on the size and scope of the build.

Pricing will depend on size and scope of the build. We operate on a cost + percentage, transparent, open book pricing method which allows you to get the best bang for your buck. You will need a minimum budget of $300,000 +/-, lot, area fees and build site development costs not include.

We do build year round however Pricing of a winter build will be slightly higher due to winter heat and other winter charges.
